In this session, we’ll discuss how public defenders can strive for balance between their work lives and other responsibilities. We’ll talk about the fact that balance is not static; you have to continually work for it. We’ll also talk about ways to foster a healthy balance between work and the rest of your life, including asking for what you need, talking about your struggles, finding ways to make the work sustainable, and forgiving yourself. We look forward to a conversation with you all!
